Pricing and Payments All prices are subject to change. Prices displayed on our website do not include taxes, shipping fees, or any applicable duties. We accept multiple payment methods and payment terms for bulk and custom orders and will be specified at the time of purchase.

Ordering and Shipping Orders are processed upon receipt of full payment. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout but are subject to variation due to external factors. Legacykoa.com and Hamakua Mill Company is not responsible for shipping delays beyond our control, including but not limited to carrier disruptions, weather conditions, or customs processing for international orders.

Returns and Refunds All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds under any circumstances. However, if a product is received in a condition that significantly deviates from its description or arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact customer service within 5 days of delivery. Remedies may include repair or replacement, at our sole discretion.

Warranties and Disclaimers We offer a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not extend to damage resulting from misuse, improper storage, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear. The existence of this warranty does not override our "All Sales Final" policy.
